We are a full service residential construction company in Florida.

We average from two to four new homes, several additions and renovations per year. We take great pride in providing personalized services for each of our clients.

Steven W. Rubin, our president, is a hands on leader. His experience dates back to the early 1970's in Bucks County, Pa.

He has worked on some of the oldest homes (1690) in the area doing renovations, additions, and remodeling. He spent several years framing new houses.

He was involved in the renovation of the Thomas/Neely house in Washington Crossing, Pa (General Washington's headquarters prior to crossing the Delaware River in 1776), Stover Mill, and worked for Drexel University (remodeling townhouses for student housing) in Philadelphia. In 1977, he moved to Key West, Fl, where he continued in the construction industry.

Since 1983, he has resided in Panama City, raising 4 beautiful children, all college graduates. After becoming state licensed in real estate in 1983, he continued as a carpenter as well. In 1992, Steve Rubin received his state Real Estate broker's license and then a Bay county residential contractor's license in 1996. In 2003, he became a certified state residential contractor.

Mr. Rubin has continued his education keeping up with the current codes and techniques and is actively involved with the community. He was the president of the St Andrew Civic Club and the Bay Girls Soccer Association and a member of the St Andrew Waterfront partnership. He, also, owned a real estate and development company.

In late 2012, Mr. Rubin moved his base of operations to the Treasure coast. So he can keep an eye on his youngest children (the twins) who live in Orlando. He continues to build a quality reputation in the Pinellas County/St Petersburg and the FL Panhandle.

He enjoys meeting new people and designing new ideas and solving puzzles. Starting Rubin Construction is a stepping stone for Steve Rubin, his way of giving back to the community.
